Who can access the Holded Calendar?
Anyone with a Holded account invited to your company can access the Calendar to view activities and system events as long as they have the Administrator, Finance and Sales roles in their permissions. Those with the Human Resources, Project Member and CRM Member roles can view and manage Calendar activities, but not view system events.
Can I create a system event?
No, system events are automatically generated when creating documents, for example invoices.
Why is my invitation not sent by email when I create an activity?
Only reminders are sent by email. Be sure to select when you want the reminders to be sent from the activity's drop-down menu.
Why can't I see the due date of an invoice in the Calendar?
Be sure to filter by system events to make your search easier. You may also not see an invoice if it does not have its due date specified or if you do not have permissions to view invoices in Calendar.
