In Holded you can connect your bank accounts whenever you need to, either because it is a new account or because it has been previously disconnected and you want to use that account again.

Just keep in mind that you will be able to reconnect those types of accounts that are subject to synchronisation processes. I.e.: Banks, Gateways and Cards.

To connect or disconnect a bank account with Holded, you have to:

  1. From the navigation bar, access Treasury > Banks.

  2. Click on the type of account from the buttons below the graphs.

  3. Click on the account to be connected.

  4. Access the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner and click on Connect or Disconnect, as appropriate.

    • If you are connecting the account, enter your account information and credentials to reconnect.

    • And if you find yourself disconnecting your account, please note that this option is very useful when the synchronisation is not working properly. Also, please note that you can only disconnect those account types that are subject to synchronisation processes. That is: Banks, Gateways and Cards.

And if you want to reactivate an account that you have archived in Banks, you have to:

  1. From the navigation bar, go to Banks and click on Archived.

  2. Select the account to restore.

  3. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) first, and then on Restore.
